Your kid is shy, rebelious, lazy? Maybe you are the reason for that?

If all children are born with equal potential, and potential is an unlimited resource, then why some kids end up on the negative side of the society? I believe often parents are one reason why children's potential gets limited. One parenting behavior i often see parents labeling their kids by saying you're lazy or he is shy or he is just rebellious all the time, or "you'll break that plate, let me carry it" or "you can't dress yourself, let me do it for you faster". What limiting beliefs do you think you as parent emboss on your children's brain? What do you think could be the impact of then on your children future?
